REGARDING: “Report: Budget issues worsen for city” A1 (02.03)
I died laughing when I read this absurd and preposterous statement on the city budget and analysis which stated $3.3 million of that drop, being revenue from parking meters, is the result of an “unanticipated change in human behavior.” I’m still laughing. We don’t need more attorneys and businesspeople in city government but rather more common-sense citizens who understand human behavior.
