I have met Mr. Fletcher many times, and like disgraced former mayor Filner, both <\/span><\/b><\/i>are good men. American culture condemns sins of the flesh.
Except everyone is culpable. So, that makes <\/span><\/b><\/i>everyone a hypocrite. Nathan Fletcher fell for the allure of a beautiful woman and in a sense was double <\/span><\/b><\/i>crossed by being accused of assault and other horrible things.
That does not diminish the good he <\/span><\/b><\/i>bestowed on many in our city.
You may not like someone, but you must not scapegoat one’s weakness in <\/span><\/b><\/i>this case.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/i><\/div>\n
