REGARDING: “Report: Budget issues worsen for city” A1 (02.03) <\/span><\/i><\/b><\/div>\n
I died laughing when I read this <\/span><\/i><\/b>absurd and preposterous statement on the city budget and analysis which stated $3.3 million of that <\/span><\/i><\/b>drop, being revenue from parking meters, is the result of an “unanticipated change in human <\/span><\/i><\/b>behavior.” I’m still laughing. We don’t need more attorneys and businesspeople in city government <\/span><\/i><\/b>but rather more common-sense citizens who understand human behavior.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/div>\n
